The Fabric & Policies
Made Elemental offers fabric on a pre-order (not in stock. ordered in advance) basis through rounds of collections. We also offer some retail fabric.
Printing time 4-6 weeks from the close of the round. Processing Time 2-3 weeks.
There are currently 7 Fabric bases offered and all prints are sold in Half Meter increments.
Oeko-Tex Certified
Jersey (240-260gsm 95/5 Cotton/Lycra 150cm wide) - 4 way stretch

Double Brushed Poly (220gsm 88/13 Poly/Lycra 150cm wide) - 4 way stretch

PLEASE NOTE:There may be slight color variations across bases during the printing process. Vinyl will be shipped FOLDED as per the item listings. If you would like your vinyl shipped in a roll, please indicate in the message section of your order. You will be invoiced for any additional shipping fees required to send your vinyl in a roll.
Adult panels are meant to be used in big or small projects and have art featured prominently and scaled for multiple sizes and uses. They are approximately 30"x39" in size.
All fabric will be sent in continuous meterage wherever possible. In some cases if meterage is split, the minimum cut size will be 1m in length.
Retail processing:Retail orders will be packed and shipped within ONE WEEK of purchase date. Unless the customer has requested I hold their retail package to combine with another shipment.
Shipping Policy
Upon check out, customers will select the shipping rate that reflects their location and the amount of fabric purchased. Incorrect selections may result in additional fees being invoiced or partially refunded. Overages of $5 or more will be refunded to the customer.
Orders will be processed and shipped within the 2-3 week arrival of the fabric to MECF headquarters.
In the event the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they will be responsible for any return and/or re-ship charges incurred on their package.
Within Canada
All packages include $100 of insurance. You may purchase additional insurance coverage to cover your entire order.
All Parcels going to any of the Northern Territories (NWT, Nunavut and Yukon) will be subject to paying actual shipping fees at the time of shipment. Please select a shipping option based on your meterage at check out. At the time of shipment you will be billed for the remaining balance on market rate shipping fees.
United States
All packages include $100 of insurance. You may purchase additional insurance coverage to cover your entire order.
Fabric orders over 10m will be subject to actual market shipping rates at the time of shipment (however a minimum charge of $45 will be charged at check out). Customers will be invoiced prior to shipments departure. Customers agree to pay any and all additional charges that may be incurred at this time.
US regular parcels: If for any package there is a discrepancy of $5 or greater at the time of shipment, the customer will be invoiced for the balance of that shipping prior to shipment being sent out.
International
Shipping rates will be calculated at time of shipment. A minimum charge of $55 or $85 for shipping will be charge at check out (please select one). Once the parcel is ready for shipment you will be refunded any shipping overages or charged for any additional shipping balances there may be (a small package to the UK typically costs around $65). When you purchase custom fabric you agree to pay any and all shipping fees that occur for your parcel (this includes your own country's duties and taxes). Customers will be invoiced on any overages prior to shipments' departure. Internationals parcels may currently take approximately 2.5 months to be delivered.
RETURN POLICY
Pre-order and retail fabric are final sale. In the situation where there is a flaw larger than a dime in size, a partial refund will be given relative to the location and size of the flaw. For example: Small flaws near the selvage compared to a large flaw in the middle of a meter. If a flaw or shortage is noticed prior to shipment, the customer will be contacted and offered the options of a partial or full refund on a case by case basis at MECF discretion.
FLAWS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of fabric receipt.
Refunds or exchanges fabric will not be given where the damage has occurred due to washing machine error.
