About Us

Made Elemental Custom Fabric opened in March of 2020, driven by designer and sewist Stephanie Tooke's vision to offer collections of eclectic fashion prints with the esoteric sewist in mind.

Made Elemental Custom Fabric acknowledges that we live and operate on the traditional lands of Treaty 6 Territory and all who live here benefit from this treaty of peace and friendship. Treaty 6 encompasses the traditional territories of Cree, Dene, Blackfoot, Saulteaux and Nakota Sioux Nations as well as the Métis Settlements and the Métis Nation of Alberta. MECF is dedicated to learning about and acknowledging the histories of these Indigenous people, as well as amplifying Indigenous voices and promoting Indigenous businesses in their community.

Art is sourced from a variety of sources: editing commercial art, working with artists, and exclusive pieces created from multiple elements of purchased commercial art.
